SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

Shipping times and costs

Standard shipping (Italy): [2–7 business days] — €9.99 or free for orders over €50
International shipping (EU): [5–14 business days] — €14.99

Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the shipment via the courier's website.

Shipping delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors (weather conditions, customs issues, etc.). In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you promptly.

International shipping and customs duties: For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and additional taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. La Bendessa is not responsible for these costs.

Lost or damaged orders: If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at info@labendessa.it within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
